At the start of the new millennium, it became clear to us that more affordable housing was a key to serving people who’d been pushed to the margins of society. With more than 1,000 units of affordable housing across western Oregon, we continue to prioritize affordable housing development.

Francis and Clare Place

Catholic Charities of Oregon, in partnership with the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, is proud to bring forward Francis + Clare Place which will provide 61 units of affordable, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) less than two miles from Catholic Charities of Oregon’s headquarters.

Glisan Landing

Located at 74th and Glisan, Catholic Charities of Oregon and Related Northwest are partnering to develop Glisan Landing; 41 units of permanent supportive housing in Montavilla serving people exiting homelessness.
