Located in North Portland’s historic St. Johns neighborhood, Cathedral Village Apartments will provide an affordable, family housing opportunity to serve a range of low-income neighbors in need.

This collaboration between Catholic Charities of Oregon and Related Northwest represents a thoughtful and timely response to the growing housing crisis affecting thousands of men, women, and children throughout Portland and across Oregon.

This community of 100+ units will provide safe, secure, and equitable homes for some of our most vulnerable families—communities of color, immigrants and refugees, those experiencing or at risk of homelessness—in close proximity to local amenities and natural greenspaces.

Units designated as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) will provide chronically homeless families with access to whole person healthcare and a range of onsite social services, ensuring families receive the support they need to get back on their feet and be successful.

In addition, the local faith-based community will welcome their new neighbors with open arms, helping to provide a greater sense of belonging.
