Holiday Giving Guide

Happy Holidays! This year at Catholic Charities we’re asking the question, “What does love feel like?” Love feels like being taken care of by someone. It feels like someone making the time to brighten up your day with a gift, sweet time spent together, or a kind act of service. Love feels like a gift that keeps on giving.

This holiday season, we know a few people that could use some extra love. Will you join us in giving this season?

Here are a few ways you can share a gift of love:

  1. Sponsor a Family

Share the love with a family in need this holiday season. Catholic Charities has several families who would be blessed by gifts of coats, gloves, boots, and gift cards to Fred Meyer (helps ensure they have the right size boots!). To sponsor a family, please contact Shawn at scass@ccoregon.org.

  2. Help the Homeless

Catholic Charities Housing Transitions is always in need of warm socks, women’s cotton underwear in all sizes, personal and feminine hygiene items, and backpacks. We are not able to accept clothing due to a lack of storage. We welcome winter coats, gloves, hats, and sleeping bags. To donate or if you have questions, please contact Kirsten at kgoetz@ccoregon.org.

  3. Give Online

Share the love with one of our clients via an online donation!

Thank you for sharing a gift of love with someone this holiday season. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!
