Between Us: Building Healthy Relationships

The Between Us program offers, at no cost, healthy relationship classes for teens, singles, and engaged or married couples. Areas of focus include:
- Improving communications
- Building problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strengthening commitment / forgiveness
- Setting healthy boundaries
- Establishing safe relationships

There is flexibility built into each lesson. The lessons can be taught by subject or in the complete series over a number of weeks. Classes are approximately 60 – 90 minutes, but can be shortened based on time available. Note: Couples Classes are different and run approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours for each session.
