Komen Patient Assistance
The Komen Patient Assistance Program is a pilot project sponsored by the Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and Catholic Charities. The program provides emergency financial assistance for women and men in treatment for breast cancer in an effort to help them remain in safe housing with access to good nutrition during treatment.
• 18 years of age or older
• Resident of Multnomah County
• Diagnosed on or after April 1, 2011
• Currently in treatment
• Exhausted available family and community resources
• Gross household income no greater than 250% of the federal poverty level as depicted in the chart below
